A new goal

The goal is to go outside everyday for 5 minutes. Nature is a great way to get a quick "pick me up" It surprises me that it can be difficult to accomplish this. The day goes by so fast and then boom the day is over. I know it sounds easy to do this and ya think " who doesn't go outside?" I walk to my car after work, and so on, but do I really just sit and meditate, or stop and listen to nature?
